I was able to set up the appointment to open a savings account at short notice and was allowed into the branch earlier than the appointment, which was much appreciated due to the cold weather. The actual process was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. Reviewed on: 6th December 2022

Lutterworth branch very convenient with excellent staff.

The young lady who handled my account switch was very knowledgeable and efficient. She also had a pleasant and friendly manner that made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. I think your interest rates are rather low but on this occasion the branch location was more important. Reviewed on: 29th November 2022
