I have used H & R many times over the years, especially latterly, & have found them to be competitive, helpful & convenient. Unfortunately now they have moved from Countesthorpe it is not so handy, But Broughton Astley staff are very helpful when you contact them. Efficient and courteous

I applied only on 21st. January and have had an acknowledgment by today (25th. January) ... awaiting hard copies through the post. A telephone call was copurteous. A few other building socierties with which I have had to deal recently did not come up to this standard with Covid-19 being contsntly used as an "excuse". Reviewed on: 25th January 2021

The society always contact us with options when bonds mature or rates change and give the options available. It is always easy to contact the society and get any queries answered. The staff are always very professional, efficient and very welcoming when visiting branches or answering a query by phone. Sent an email requesting application form for fixed rate bond. Arrived next day. Made telephone call regarding a query very friendly and helpful staff and questions answered clearly.
