Friendly and efficient

Recently decided to open an account as the rates are very competitive. Cannot speak to highly of the prompt,friendly and efficient service provided by the staff in the Coalville office. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2019

Friendly helpful staff

Simple and efficient

Good interest rates for those who can tie their money up for a while along with great customer service. Made opening an account so easy as everything was explained to me at my initial visit to the office. Good to have local accessible offices with good customer relations. Thank you. Opening an account
