Review of the HSBC Kinetic, Business Account:

Account opening welcome document requires £15

I recently opened a business account with HSBC kinetic. I could see my account number and sort code on the mobile application, but there is no PDF document or welcome pack showing my account details. Since the account was just opened, there was no statement available. I wanted the account details in a document format so that it could be uploaded to my payment partner website. When I chatted with the customer care, I was told there is no document available as kinetic is mobile banking only and asked me for £15 to confirm my bank account details. Great for a small business

I opened my account in October 2022 with minimal fuss the app is easy and quick to use and navigate would recommend this bank account to any small business. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Easy, efficient, good tracking system

HSBC Kinetic has been an essential part of launching my business. As a new Director learning the ropes, it has been easy, efficient, and a very smart way of keeping track of my business finances. It made my end of year book keeping an absolute breeze, and really helps me to keep track of our overheads and outgoings. I'd recommend HSBC Kinetic to anyone starting a new small business.
