This Bank is Amazing

As a cab driver that moved here from Romania I have been with this same bank since my move here in 2015 , I have decided to go forward with the business account as it’s of great help , I am self employed and I wish everyone could legitimately work and play nice one with another , because these banks are not really made for you to get rich , but instead they can provide liability for you money , which means my money is safe at every stage , the security is amazing , and although I don’t know how to use this page properly I commend the teams behind this bank , Good Luck Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Simple and easy to use

HSBC Kinetic makes managing my businesses cashflow so quick and easy I don't have to block out hours on end to pay suppliers and allows me to keep my own books easily saving me needing to pay a bookkeeper or accountant for the service. Kinetic Service Appeal

Does everything I need it to do!

In love with the in-app experience, customer service and overall ease of use. The app is very user friendly which I appreciate. There isn't a transaction fee like some business banks do which is fair and ethical in my opinion. Over £10k transfer limit and believe it or not; some business banks do have a cap and HSBC is trustworthy and experienced enough to raise this substantially. The customer service is brilliant, always quick and professional to answer my questions. Monthly letter updates is old fashioned but very handy, when a lot is going on - it's just not the same to keep referring to pdf's online and having to download them. Lots of good things and not a single bad that I can think of. Brilliant bank, will highly recommend them to anyone looking to open a business account. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
