Account opening welcome document requires £15

I recently opened a business account with HSBC kinetic. I could see my account number and sort code on the mobile application, but there is no PDF document or welcome pack showing my account details. Since the account was just opened, there was no statement available. I wanted the account details in a document format so that it could be uploaded to my payment partner website. When I chatted with the customer care, I was told there is no document available as kinetic is mobile banking only and asked me for £15 to confirm my bank account details. Fast, efficient, a headache free process

I found HSBC Kinetic account opening to be straight forward and stress free . As a new business owner it’s stressful and daunting starting out but this was easy and straight forward . I would recommend to anyone starting a business . Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Supportive

It can be a daunting to open a new business. The risk can be weighing on you and the admin can be overwhelming. What you want is things like bank account set up should be quick and simple. I first tried to with a different bank who made the set up a very long and complex process. I gave up and applied with HSBC Kinetic and it was just simple, quick and easy. Business account

HSBC has been an easy online banking option for us . Making payments have been easy and also chat options are great in getting information quicker compared calling the banks directly. They have been patient with us during the customer review information stage . Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Small business review

Using Kinetic has been simple which is important as a busy small business owner. I recommended easier ways to pay my credit card and they have implemented a new payment method. I find their customer service very good, every contact is professional and helpful. My only improvement point is that I can't access electronic credit card statements, which makes sending my statements to y bookkeeper difficult and it's a waste of paper! Reviewed on: 8th March 2023
