Great business account

I anm quite enjoying using this account, the app is perfect, and I also had a reward for joinng and transferring some of my direct debits to it. Overall - a great experience, highly recommended. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Simple, clean and inexpensive

The app is pretty simple to use which is a big advantage in my opinion. It’s pretty cheap at £6.50 after (12/18 months?) I think. All documents are in one place to find which is great. Pretty secure too, for example I just got done setting up the app on my new phone and I had to verify through password, SMS and email. I would recommend to most small businesses for sure! Simple but effective, brilliant app with great inter-face, excellent customer service

HSBC Kinetic made it really easy to set up a business account when I first became self-employed. The app is easy to use and includes helpful information, such as details about monthly cash flow. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Efficient Business Banking

I am able to keep track of my customers payments whilst I work through notifications. Queries are dealt with quickly through the customer messaging service. I can also keep an eye on my business expenses. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Perfect for my business needs!

Started my own small service based business in the latter stages of last year, and HSBC Kinetic has been perfect for my business needs. The Kinetic app is simple to use and easy to navigate and can link to my chosen external apps to help with my accounts. Customer services were very good both through the app and over phone when I have had queries when setting up my account. 10/10 would recommend! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Great account for start-ups!

HSBC Kinetic is been a really useful and user-friendly account for my start-up business. The app in particular is totally self-explanatory, easy to use on my mobile phone, and let's be conduct financial matters no matter where I am.
