Excellent service

I applied for the child benefit loan due to personal circumstances changing and I was struggling financially, the staff were very helpful and the money was available for me to use within a week, as the loan doesn’t take all the child benefit money for repayment I still have some left over each month to use or save. Cooperative HEY credit union team work

The staff are very good a calm and wait for the customer to inform them which and what service they require. When you ask a question and the staff members doesn’t have the answer they will ask other members of staff if they can assist the customer. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

I personally had a great experience with HEY CREDIT UNION. The entire loan process was smooth, transparent, and efficient.
