No answer after 6 hours

Just had this foisted on me by the Post Office. Had a fraudulent transaction on the card, tried phoning but 3 times I held on for 2 hours each time. Useless, will cut up the card Reviewed on: 16th October 2020

Disgusting. Irritating company

I've had this card not even a few months , and for no reason , it's been blocked , I cannot access anything online. I've been told every time I call that my account is under investigation. But they cannot say why. This is causing a lot of anxiety. All am told is someone will call me once the review is done. That they cannot discuss anything on the account. When I said I'd like to pay my monthly fee , they gave me an account number at which was wrong what was stated online. When I asked the question ,she said , that's what I have. So I said I won't pay then as it's different online. Wtf. This company Is a joke and wished I never got it. It's caused nothing but stress and anxiety that I really should not feel !!! False credit report

This company is the pits. I have top whack credit ratings with 3 other companies. Applied for an asda card, got refused, will not be shopping with asda again. Reviewed on: 11th December 2023

Poor credit decision will not explain why.

False Credit Report. I have 3 Credit Score from. Transunion 622 out of 710 Experian 999 excellent and NatWess 622 out of 710 all Good. They would not give me the reason why. Credit Report does not work when you put the cursor on the green dots. Asda losing customers will not shop at Asda anymore. Reviewed on: 13th November 2023

JaJa Appalling record/Fake Reviews

Please note, the positive reviews on JaJa on TrustPilot are fake. They are known to be written by JaJa. JaJa are renowned as having acquired an extremely poor reputation from customers. Customers cannot access their cards and accounts and are then locked out. JaJa falsely claim to send codes to customer phones. These codes are NEVER received as JaJa routinely informs customers that they DO NOT have an account. Customers have had to close their accounts with Bank of Ireland because of JaJa and JaJa arrogantly refuses to engage with customers. Ever since they took over Bank of Ireland Credit Card service, they have caused absolute chaos and misery for most if not all customers. Read the negative reviews for truthful experiences. Great travel credit card

JaJa is great credit card with no hassle in uk or abroad where exchange rates are fair. Customer service polite trained and care. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

What a let down

Really dissapointed to find my card being closed down but this is what you expect these days. I was thinking about signing up to ASDA but thet are Jaja so they won't be getting my custom Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Closing my account

Card Closing

No ‘thank you for being a customer’ , apology or real explanation as to why the card is being withdrawn. Not the way to demonstrate good customer service. I suggest that anyone who has a card with JaJa seeks a new card straight away and looks carefully at the card provider when applying - if it’s a JaJa card then walk away. Very poor

Having been with Post office for many years it was transferred to Jaja. Today giving no reason other than they are withdrawing the product and with no alternative offered I have received an email saying my account is to close in June. discontinued my account

I was transferred from a PO credit card to JaJa several years ago . I had no problems and liked the app However for no good reason they have discontinued my credit card from June Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
