The worst bank I ever come across

I applied for a personal loan with this bank, they performed an extensive background check, and I mean it EXTENSIVE - sent lots and lots and lots files to prove my case having a credit rating 5 of 5! then they performed a HARD search on my credit file, which most providers don't do before they generally approve your application, and at the end they decide to reject my application:( I don't mind/care, but please don't do a hard search beforehand, here in the UK providers don't do that.
