Excellent service

There’s little Leek BS can do about interest rates given the current climate but their service and ease of use is unfaultable. They are quick to answer calls and when we decided to increase our payment it was really easy to carry out - took a matter of moments! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

When I was due to renew my mortgafe the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and it made you feel like a real person and not just a number. I needed to remortgage from Domestic to Buy To Let and the process from beginning to end was pain-free, easy to understand and taken at a pace which did not leave me behind or drown me with jargon.
