Best of traditional and modern banking

This is a review of a Club Lloyds current account held at the Helston, Cornwall branch. In the branch you get traditional, competent service and you rarely have to wait long. The staff make a real point of being friendly and welcoming and don't take offence when I tell them that I don't want to use the new-fangled machine for paying in cheques and I don't want a financial review and I don't want their home insurance. I'm very happy with the Club Lloyds current account that pays a great interest rate and is accessible via a web-site that hardly ever goes down and I get access to the Club Lloyds monthly saver and they even send me a copy of Runners' World every month! The Best Bank

I have been a loyal customer of this bank, for several years. Their customer service is great & if I have ever had any concerns, they have taken my issue seriously & endeavoured to provide a tailored outcome. Their app is great for tracking my finances, too. Easy to apply, good website and app

I joined lloyds after they advertised a £100 reward for switching the club lloyd account is free as long as you pay in over £1,500 a month and includes benefits such as cashback with a number of retailers and free cinema tickets Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Great Bank, always by my side :)

Out of date, out of step

Old fashioned bank. Won't provide someone who has had an account with them for 30 years a flexible overdraft. Switched to Starling Bank Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
