My local branch of Lloyds closed.

My local branch of Lloyds closed. In the weeks leading up to closure staff chatted to customers asking if they’d thought of banking online. Clearly they were setting people up to get used to not having a local branch. I’m able to bank online but not all Lloyds customers are able to do that. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I have been a customer for 20 years or more.

I have been a customer for 20 years or more. The branch service has got notably worse in the last couple of years - long queues with few counter staff. The e-mails this month have offered me a loan despite always keeping £1k in my current account; and an expensive credit card when I already have a cashback credit card from another supplier which I clear in full every month. Benefits of Lloyds Current Account

I have been a customer of Lloyds Bank for over 40 years. In that time I have had many products. The standout has been a package current account. The monthly fee has more than covered the benefits which I have used. Plus an agreed overdraft, if needed and interest paid monthly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Great and useful benefits

I like the easy online access with great benefits such as the excellent introduction of no fees when using my debit card overseas. I also enjoy complementary 12 months of Disney + as my chosen lifestyle benefit. I can swap money instantly to my Lloyds savings accounts which is handy too Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
