Everyday offers cashback doesn't track

I like the in credit interest, but the Everyday Offers cashback scheme is clunky and unreliable. To access the offers you have to scroll through the joining info each time, even when already signed up, and there is no option to flag qualifying transactions that haven't been tracked for cashback. Excellent Banking Experience!

Excellent banking experience. The Club Lloyds perks (free cinema tickets/streaming) make it feel like a premium account without the premium price tag. The app is 10/10 and customer service in branch has always been helpful. Just make sure you hit the £1,500 monthly deposit to skip the fee! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026

I have recently become a customer of Lloyds Bank. From registering to acceptance I have experienced their customer loyalty, care and helpfulness both in my local bank and on-line. I have been shown the time and understanding of how to navigate the Banks services and various offers available to me.
