Best of traditional and modern banking

This is a review of a Club Lloyds current account held at the Helston, Cornwall branch. In the branch you get traditional, competent service and you rarely have to wait long. The staff make a real point of being friendly and welcoming and don't take offence when I tell them that I don't want to use the new-fangled machine for paying in cheques and I don't want a financial review and I don't want their home insurance. I'm very happy with the Club Lloyds current account that pays a great interest rate and is accessible via a web-site that hardly ever goes down and I get access to the Club Lloyds monthly saver and they even send me a copy of Runners' World every month! Why Bank Anywhere Else

Have been banking with LLoyds since I was 13, 8 years on and I'm still with them. Why look elsewhere when the product/service your receiving is already meeting your needs. I'm sure I'll remain with LLoyds for the rest of my life. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019

Daily charges for the use of an authorised overdraft

It is very wrong to charge for the use of an authorised overdraft especially the daily charges when I am already paying a monthly fee for my current account. Other banks do not charge thses fees. Reviewed on: 11th January 2019
