Disappointed

We dissatisfied with the service, we called more times to have an appointment to open a new business bank account, they sent me a email to said they lost my application. We went for few time in the branch and again I took another appointment. After 2 weeks we had an appointment finally, but they have created problems. We very very disappointed about that. No-fuss banking!

I have been a member of LLoyds Bank since arriving in England last year. It was easy to apply for a bank account. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I don't have extra fees to pay in order to keep my money in my account and the banking app is convenient and straightforward to use. Simple, easy banking! Reviewed on: 21st November 2017

Happy customer for over ten years

I have been with Lloyds bank for over 10 years they do cash back offers with different companies, I also recently received a purchase paid back which is one of their schemes too, the only negative is the new daily overdraft fees on top of monthly fees, I am now paying my overdraft off, as it adds up over the weeks and months.
