Best Bank

I am with Lloyds Bank since 2006 ,never had any problems,best bank in England. Every branch staff are so helpful,always happy to go in and ask some questions ,and sort out things if needed . Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Professional and security conscious - overall adequate

Faultless

Supported me since I was 15

Cup of tea and a friendly face

Nothing Special chasing the Horses tail!

A reduction in overdraft when TSB was dropped...higher bank charges we had to slop. A brighter branch with silly TVs...I am just concerned about the fees!. One bit of tech that has good spec,is the machine that lets you deposit cheques ! Reviewed on: 30th December 2015

Poor Customer Service

I had this account for a few years and was perfectly happy with them until a sudden job loss saw risk of bank charges, the web site was temperamental and being unable to use a telephone I was unable to cancel any outgoing payments. The lack of consistent services such as online banking was an issue for me because of my disability, this translates to a poor overall service and the bank showed absolutely no concern over this when I raised a complaint.
