Great customer Service

Never had any problems although mainly online bank

fantastic service

My bank is in Mildenhall and I have been in the branch many times and I'm always greeted by name. I receive a text everyday to inform me if i'm near my limit and this helps my budgeting. The best bank I have ever banked with Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

outstanding service

Pushy at times

I have been with this bank for many years and have found over the years that when you have money, they are very pushy about promoting products. It would be nice if they were equally 'helpful' when times are not so great! Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
