Would Totally Recommend

I recently renewed my Home Insurance with Churchill and was pleasantly surprised to see that they allow returning customers to view offers normally aimed at new customers so for this reason in my opinion, Churchill rates as a top insurance provider you can trust. I also had to contact them recently as i had accidentally taken out two of the same insurance packages and the customer service team were extremely helpful and made it easy to correct this and refund any money owing. Would recommend Lloyds bank

First of all i would like to ask if anyone ever wins the prize as i have filled out a few of these and never got a response of who has won? I would give LLoyds top marks as they were very kind to me and sensitive in helping me with my situation, which helped me tremendously to get out of the mess i was in. Everyone i spoke to was empathic and understanding, so cannot rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 24th January 2026

Excellent customer service, the staff went above and beyond to help me and really listened and empathised with my situation. They helped me feel alot better about everything and i literally cannot thank them enough. I really felt that they cared and that makes such a HUGE difference. Truly indebted to them. Lloyds Customer Service is above and beyond excellent

I recently had to phone Lloyds and explain my financial situation as I had got myself in a mess. Everyone I spoke too was really lovely, helpful and understanding. They made me feel like a highly valued customer and I am truly grateful to them for all their help and advice. They were so kind to me, I literally cannot thank them enough.
