Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers.

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers. to my builder and to a financial institution at the branch. I had my passport with me. They asked me a lot of questions that were inappropriate.. They are mental and treated me as a criminal. I wasted one hour each time there and in the end they refused to do the transaction. They also blocked my account on one of these transfers. Part of the family

Probably the worst bank

I have bad experience with Lloyds bank.Every time when I need sent more money(around £1000 I can not do it by internet becouse bank needs authorised the payment in the branch.I have to take holiday for make payments - it is incredibly frustrating.My money my decision and a lots of sensitive questions.For who,from who,who is it for me etc.I have enough .Time change the bank .Definitely I don’t recommend Reviewed on: 23rd July 2023
