Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers.

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers. to my builder and to a financial institution at the branch. I had my passport with me. They asked me a lot of questions that were inappropriate.. They are mental and treated me as a criminal. I wasted one hour each time there and in the end they refused to do the transaction. They also blocked my account on one of these transfers. Probably the worst bank

I have bad experience with Lloyds bank.Every time when I need sent more money(around £1000 I can not do it by internet becouse bank needs authorised the payment in the branch.I have to take holiday for make payments - it is incredibly frustrating.My money my decision and a lots of sensitive questions.For who,from who,who is it for me etc.I have enough .Time change the bank .Definitely I don’t recommend Reviewed on: 23rd July 2023
