The account is fine.

The account is fine. I have been with Lloyds forever. It was my first bank because my parents banked there and opened my account there. It's a fairly standard current account. No bells and whistles. It does what it says on the tin. I have only come across problems when my debit cards don't work. This happened quite a few times. The staff in branches were usually helpful but it was the phone lines that were awful. They just didn't want to listen and showed no empathy at all. They also treated me like an idiot - very frustrating when I've worked in Banking for over 12 years and am actually a Product Manager for cards...I would dare say, I know what I am talking about. Brilliant Customer Service

Whenever I have needed to contact Lloyds Bank by telephone, everyone has been really lovely to speak too and have always been able to help me and resolve any issues there and then. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
