Online banking poor, great TV ad’s

Awhile ago their online facilities wouldn’t work had to use another account with a different bank, I understand in the news again their online platform isn’t working again. Yet if you watch their television advert, they’re always blowing their own trumpet with about 20 horses running about showing how great they are but unfortunately they are a bit different in reality. And yet there’s this Almighty push to go digital, forget cash that’s old money, but cash is handy when the digital doesn’t work which is often. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

getting rid of paper statements was a very bad idea, it forces us to use internet banking and with the endless scams online and malware / viruses they are putting us at risk of financial loss. they also closed by local branch meaning i have to go miles just to use a bank.
