I've only been with the bank 18 months. But I have visited my local branch a few times and the staff have been very friendly and resolved my requests promptly. The App is also very easy to use, being user-friendly and fast. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Excellent.

My experience with the Bank has been excellent. The staff are always on hand to help and support me whenever I have any issues which needs to be sorted ie. Issues dealing with fraudulent transactions and other issues that arise. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
