getting rid of paper statements was a very bad idea,...

getting rid of paper statements was a very bad idea, it forces us to use internet banking and with the endless scams online and malware / viruses they are putting us at risk of financial loss. they also closed by local branch meaning i have to go miles just to use a bank. had to make a claim , so many things went wrong when trying to upload a dashcam video to their site ( their website sucks to use) got sent to a physio for my neck who barely spoke english & did close to nothing , very poor info re what happens to my no claims bonus, very unipressed with how they operate Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
