Efficient processes and great customer service

My mortgage, and subsequent remortgages, have been organised efficiently and conveniently and I am confident that the deals that have been found have been the best options for me. Customer service is always outstanding, and ability to use an online portal to keep an eye on things has been really helpful. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

I honestly don’t have enough words to thank you. From start to finish, the service I received was nothing short of extraordinary. I've used L&C several times for arranging mortgages...

I've used L&C several times for arranging mortgages and I always get good service and quick results. Most recently I used them for the mortgage for our new house after the mortgage advisor recommended by the builder let us down just a few weeks before the planned exchange date. Our advisor Amylee White really quickly (within 48 hours) got us an offer in principle and submitted our application right away, successfully getting us a formal offer. Then a month later Amylee contacted us for a rate check with a better deal and saved us a further £40 a month in the mortgage. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
