Great customer service

My first thoughts on LV is the great customer service they offer. No matter how you contact them they are always so helpful, friendly and willing to sort out whatever you want help with. They have a great website, easy to use offering a wide range of products. They offer good competitive quotes for insurance and allow me to tailor my quotes to what I want and need. Whilst I have never had to claim from them I feel they are a good reliable company offering good value and service. Reviewed on: 11th July 2017

Inconsiderate re Covid 19

Since the beginning of the lock down period my car has not been used. LV have given nothing whatsoever back against the policy. Reviewed on: 14th July 2020

99% Perfect

Never any problems with LV car insurance but to improve to 100% perfect they should automatically reduce the annual premium just enough so as to prevent us from searching for a cheaper renewal price. Reviewed on: 13th July 2020

Car Insurance

Had a renewal quote which was more than last year, but i rang up and discussed the quote, after reducing my annual miles (due to current pandemic), i was able to add breakdown cover and reduce my renewal quote! Gave me the cheapest deal for 2 years in a row!

Literally couldn’t find a better insurer! Gave me the cheapest insurance two years in a row haven’t once put it up when it came to renewing! I did an online comparison research and they were always the cheapest by miles! The customer service was always amazing too! Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

Quality cover at an affordable price

I've used LV for about 7 years now. The service is always excellent, no fuss or drama. I can tweek the cover whenever necessary, eg adding an extra driver mid year. When I've been without a car for a short time, the balance of my premium has been refunded and my NCB held for up to 2 years. I can review the cover annually and be given quotes for a selection of different add-ons with no bother. My cover is explained carefully and given instantly with an email to confirm.
