Seems good so far based on set-up, website & comms

My car insurance was easy to set up, the web site is easy to use and the communications are clear. I haven't had to make a claim (I hope I don't!) and I haven't had to contact customer service, and these are the real tests, so I can't fully comment on the service. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026

Renewal Quote Successfully Challenged

I wasn't happy with my renewal quote as although it was less than last year's it wasn't as reduced as Martin Lewis was suggesting car insurance reductions should be. On telephoning LV they reviewed their quite and reduced it by more than I was hoping for. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026

If in doubt LV insurance is for you.

I only put one star because I haven't anything yet to see how they respond. For what I have experienced so far it is affordable & easier to negotiate with regards to customer satisfaction of any problem you face, financially. Reviewed on: 24th August 2026
