Credit where credits due.

To be honest I was dreading receiving my renewal quote as for months past I have been reading doom-mongering predictions about how car insurance premiums were set to rocket owing to an assortment of factors out of everybody's control. The thought of surfing the internet and comparison sites searching for a cheaper quote was something that I didn't relish at all and then the quote finally dropped into my inbox. Filled with trepidation I opened it to find to my surprise and delight that the quote was actually LOWER than last years, the sense of relief was overwhelming and my faith in insurance companies was given a fillip. It would have been so easy given the current economic climate for LV to have increased the premium as a matter of course but it seems that the company has taken the time to make a considered and fair judgement and I couldn't be more pleased. When it comes to renewal, they always quote us a higher amount. But when I go through comparing website, the same company gives a very much lower quote and had to give customer service a call to get the lower amount offered. It's very frustrating they have double standards and try to take a ride of you don't do your due diligence. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Delighted at discount on renewal offer

After working through numerous contrast and compare insurance sites could not find a decent price as was trying to reduce the LV renewal price. So rang LV yo my surprise and utter delight I was offered a reduction on my renewal that brought it in to a very reasonable price.
