Banked with NatWest since 1969 without a problem.

Have banked with NatWest since 1969 and can honestly say that I have never had cause to complain in all that time. The disappearance of branches is inconvenient to some but it must be years since I needed to visit a branch as you can do so much online or at the post office so it is understandable that if footfall is so much lower then commercial decisions have to be made. Competitive pricing - easy to deal with.

we use LV= for multi cover for cars and home insurance and they have always provided cover at competitive prices. Fortunately not had to claim during the three years we have been with them so cannot comment about claims experience. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
