I have been with LV car insurance since 5 years ago,...

I have been with LV car insurance since 5 years ago, the cost is affordable and they do have good communication and excellent customer service. I had contacted them a few times for changing address and other details and their stuff has been very polite and helpful, didn’t feel i was rushed, overall very happy with the service they provide. Easy to manage and great rewards!

I love how LV have made it feel easy to manage my account with them, and their new rewards programme gives customers opportunities to save further with other brands. I’ve found having my car insurance with them really straightforward, with everything being easy to manage and understand. It’s refreshing to have an insurer that makes things simple and also offers extra benefits to customers. Overall, I’m really happy with LV and would recommend them to others.
