I have been with LV car insurance since 5 years ago, the cost is affordable and they do have good communication and excellent customer service. I had contacted them a few times for changing address and other details and their stuff has been very polite and helpful, didn’t feel i was rushed, overall very happy with the service they provide. Their credit is a great tool if used responsibly, purchases over £100 can we paid in 4 months which offers great flexibility. I used Paypal many times and it had been helpful and never had issues. Absolutely would recommend, they are a fair credit company, reminders are sent on time. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
