Receptive customer service team. Prompt in sending reminders for contract renewals. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

My thoughts

They have met all of my car insurance needs, but not at the cheapest of prices. Approx. £100 more expensive than the cheapest. On the rare occasions that i have had to use them in earnest, they have been very good. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Great, but out bid

Was with LV handled a claim brilllaintly 4 years ago , but have been out bid by over £100 by Direct line this year so said goodbye after 5 years Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

I agree totally ... I'm with LV and they are really good :) my only issue with them is that I have to ring every year to reduced the renewal quote they send in the post ! Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Very average

LV and to be fair I think they are pretty average, been with better and been with worse! not sure they were the cheapest but their customer service is worth paying extra for. Reviewed on: 27th February 2017
