Great Customer Service - at a price

I am not 21. Clean licence and no claims. I haven't moved house. I wanted the same cover. I drive an SUV, carefully. I upgraded my car for a newer model - same engine, slightly more poke. The premium went up £250... no explanation. I selected another company and saved that £250. I changed companies, even though I like LV. I rang the company and received a take it or leave it attitude. Time to vote with my feet. Try Aviva for a far better deal. Reviewed on: 8th October 2016

Fantastic customer service

Their quote was much less than any others I had been given. They were so helpful when I called to purchase and also when I rang back to get some help with a problem. I recommended them to a family member and she saved a lot of money too! Reviewed on: 26th September 2016

Second to none

I have been using LV for my car and their service has been first class. I had a minor incident last year and found them to be resourceful and friendly. Reviewed on: 12th September 2016

Good service!

LV consistently emerge as one of the better value options on the comparison websites, however I'm pleased to report that they also delivered when I needed to claim - courtesy car within a day, car repaired with zero fuss and little more than a couple of forms to fill. Reasonable renewal fees

Excellent service and good customer care

After paying over the odds for my insurance for many years last year I found LV and was surprised to find my insurance was considerably less. This included drivers legal protection, protected no claims and two other named drivers. I had recently retired so that brought it down a little but still, a difference of around £150 is not to be sneered at. After another driver hit my car in a car park at Christmas this year LV handled my claim professionally and the small issue I had was dealt with immediately. After this, despite the incident being settled in my favour, I thought my renewal fee would have risen this summer but no, it was more or less the same as the previous year.
