Exceptional service

I have found LV to be the best value car insurance for many years. I had to make a claim on my insurance yesterday and service that both myself and the third party received was excellent Reviewed on: 13th October 2016

Great Customer Service - at a price

I am not 21. Clean licence and no claims. I haven't moved house. I wanted the same cover. I drive an SUV, carefully. I upgraded my car for a newer model - same engine, slightly more poke. The premium went up £250... no explanation. I selected another company and saved that £250. I changed companies, even though I like LV. I rang the company and received a take it or leave it attitude. Fantastic customer service

Their quote was much less than any others I had been given. They were so helpful when I called to purchase and also when I rang back to get some help with a problem. I recommended them to a family member and she saved a lot of money too! Reviewed on: 26th September 2016

Second to none

Good service!

LV consistently emerge as one of the better value options on the comparison websites, however I'm pleased to report that they also delivered when I needed to claim - courtesy car within a day, car repaired with zero fuss and little more than a couple of forms to fill. Reasonable renewal fees

Unlike other insurers they offer a competitive renewal fee raTher than hike up the fee and hope customers will be lazy and not change insurer Reviewed on: 29th August 2016
