The Claim Process

They did accept a claim and pay out, but I had to do the chasing and keep checking that things were progressing as promised. The people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

A decent basic service

The basic current account is fine for most needs. There is a tiny £2 per month reward, having reduced from £5 originally. The main reason I stay with them is the staff in my local branch. They are helpful, friendly and courteous. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020
