Not as easily accessible as should be.

Went into branch to arrange ISA transfer from another provider to Mansfield at maturity. Branch sent request to wrong address of other provider so transfer delayed beyond maturity date. Reviewed on: 21st November 2023

I think transfers can be improved by including online transfers from nominated account
