Best practice

Excellent service but with regard to withdrawals which can only be made by cheque then I think it is important to ensure that cheques are kept below £5,000 to allow people to pay them in via app which has amount limits, so possibly two cheques should be allowed where necessary. Confident informed choices

The staff member was very professional, polite and addressed our questions without being overly enthusiastic. She was able to explain and guide us to the investment plan we had been looking for and our final decision was in fact, on her advice that was definitely the best option.
