Very straightforward application

The application form arrived promptly and was straightforward to complete. I sent it off the next day and was surprised how quickly the book was returned. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Good rates but difficult to manage

Interest rate good and service friendly. But after 18 months the the type of account was withdrawn and I couldn't add any more money, so I closed the account. The lack of online service made this very difficult - other providers said they couldn't deal online with Mansfield. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
