I have received this on behalf of my wife who has dementia and is now in a care home. I have gone though many financial difficulties such as Power of Attorney and ending her accounts, tranferring money between accounts in the BS and to bank acounts. There have been many complications and the staff, all of them, have always been patient, helpful and tried to resolve asap those problems where we disagreed, such as which PoA was appropriate for a particular problem. They're a great bunch of people and Mansfield is fortunate to have them. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

The staff (Lisa) was very knowledgeable and efficient. Our questions were answered politely. Our appointment was set-up quickly (within 48 hours) and carried out in private. The location of the Kirkby branch is very convenient for us. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
