Great customer service as always.

I went into the Sutton branch to transfer an existing account and this was dealt with professionally, swiftly and courteously by Hannah. I wanted to move money into an account that would provide greater returns and I was given choices to look at. Spot on, just what I required. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Odd that application for account had to be on a printed form., not online. Also: why no form enquiry re whether the applicant is an existing MBS account-holder (so as to enable linking of the accounts)? Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
