Great customer experience

Always have a great experience when I go into either Mansfield or Sutton. Mansfield has improved tremendously in the past few months. Always get a great welcome from the team there. Friendliest Building Society I have ever experienced

Every time you enter the building you are made to feel welcome. Not only is it a place to deposit money or discuss investments it is a social hub. Many elderly people don’t have anyone to talk to but when they come into the society they feel part of a wider family. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020
