Mansfield: nice to deal with.

Mansfield have good interest rates and excellent customer telephone service. My calls have either been answered quickly or a good call-back ensuring the customers has a minimum hold time. The staff that answer the call are knowledgeable and helpful and have answered my questions quickly and accurately. So much better than the typical help desk script approach of other financial institutions. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Access by tel really bad, staff excellent

Access by telephone is poor. It seems impossible to call your number and talk to a person at any time during your opening times. Call back is not convenient to busy customers. Top savings rate & helpful staff

Very helpful in branch when I wanted to set up a joint account with all my children and in addition we're paying the best rate I could find. On line and in branch account and friendly, welcoming staff when I visit the local branch. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026
