My Milestone savings account

I have recently opened a My Milestone savings account, which offers a competitive (6% aer variable) interest rate on monthly deposits of up to £500, i.e. £6000 over a 12-month term, more than most other regular saver accounts. I opened it by post. I had occasion to telephone a Mansfield agent about the process of opening the account. The agent answered all my questions professionally and in a friendly manner, and the account opening process has proceeded exactly as she advised.
