Attractive accounts

Opened an ISA and regular saver -- pleased with both Reviewed on: 27th January 2025

Loyalty no more

Mansfield are letting their old regular saver issue 2 accounts rot on the vine, presumably hoping people will not notice mansfield not passing as much of the BOE rate rises onto it as newer RS accounts. I noticed and closed an account and have other issue 2 accounts I will also he cloising Reviewed on: 4th May 2023

Great local building society

Opening an account.

Easy to open accoung via post. When you telephone the society, the girls are always very helpful.pful and friendly. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

Warm friendy staff.

Great customer care

After having an ISA with one of the major banks I switched to Mansfield due to it's 5 fold higher interest rate on what I had been receiving on my easy access account, however the customer experience with the Mansfield was far superior. Helpful and experienced staff answered all queries clearly and accurately, thank you to the Chesterfield branch staff. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

interest rates not as good as they used to be

My husband and I had 6 reg savers but have closed 4. We have been with you about 14 years. We found that our accounts always paid more than an instant access account with the Coventry BS and the extra interest was useful. Over the last year this has not been the case. Also there is a lack of information about interest rate increases or no increases following Bank of England base rate rises. I would have given you a glowing review if you had surveyed me over a year ago. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

Finally got round to investing in an ISA

I'd been meaning to do this for ages but things kept cropping up to prevent me from doing so. When I finally got round to setting up an ISA, it was so easy and quick to do I wondered why I had let other circumstances delay me. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023
