Gemma was polite, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

Gemma was excellent throughout the entire process of applying for a mortgage. Despite her extremely busy calendar, she was always able to squeeze me in and work around my schedule too. Professional, supportive and helpful

Our adviser Gemma was incredibly professional and helpful. She steered us through a relatively complicated application, and throughout the process was easy to deal with, friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Solid, honest and pragmatic advice

Gemma was tasked with trying to find a mortgage for a custom/self-build project which significantly limited the market choice and added to the complexity of application. Gemma navigated the market with expertise and only returned providers that would genuinely engage and had products that would suit our needs.
