Angela provided a very thorough and professional service in dealing with our mortgage application.

Angela was very good in explaining everything clearly and although the process of re-mortgaging is understandably and necessarily detailed and pedantic at times, the process was managed with a good level of common sense to mitigate that aspect as much as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending Angela as a mortgage broker to friends and family. Her level of experience was welcome and refreshing in dealing with some of the issues we had to face. Very responsive; comprehensive advice

We dealt with Laura B when putting our mortgage in place, and this was our first experience dealing with obtaining a mortgage. Laura was super responsive and was readily available to speak to over the phone - where she was able to provide regular updates and answer any specific questions. impatient broker

The broker wasn't even interested in speaking to me after i said i was also chatting to other brokers. In this current financial climate, how does it not make sense to chat to multiple people when rates are north of 6% and product fees of 4K. Is it too much to expect empathy?
