I have recently set up an account with Melton Mowbray building Society in Bourne,this account is to enable my annuity payments to be collected the people I have dealt with at the branch are extremely helpful and over the next few months I intend to look at other products they have.It is extremely nice in this day and age to deal with companies who have such a personal service Reviewed on: 18th December 2023

Above and beyond

Having had the pleasure of working with Laura to review my mortgage at the end of last year it was a no brainer to utilise her expertise again when it came to myself and my partner buying a property together. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have sought advice for 2 properties over the last 6 months and have been consistently blown away by Laura's conscientious nature, patience and timely management of our case. During a time when we have been unnerved by the professionalism of other parties, Laura has been unwaveringly reliable and efficient. From the point of the fact find Laura went above and beyond to find a deal that best suited our circumstances and regularly kept us up to date over the phone or via email - respecting our working hours and tailoring her schedule accordingly. Likewise, Laura's ability to educate and advice us on the buying/selling process where appropriate was incredibly reassuring and has enabled us to stay calm during what could have been a turbulent process. Unquestionably, Laura is an incredible asset to the Melton Mortgage Solutions team and we will be recommending her expertise to anybody that will listen! Angela provided a very thorough and professional service in dealing with our mortgage application.

Angela was very good in explaining everything clearly and although the process of re-mortgaging is understandably and necessarily detailed and pedantic at times, the process was managed with a good level of common sense to mitigate that aspect as much as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending Angela as a mortgage broker to friends and family. Her level of experience was welcome and refreshing in dealing with some of the issues we had to face.
