Solid, honest and pragmatic advice

Gemma was tasked with trying to find a mortgage for a custom/self-build project which significantly limited the market choice and added to the complexity of application. Gemma navigated the market with expertise and only returned providers that would genuinely engage and had products that would suit our needs. Gemma then handled the application process with patience and efficiency, eventually getting us the right offer. I would openly recommend her services. Reviewed on: 30th November 2021

Helpful, meticulous, patient

Our MAB adviser (Angela) has been excellent - thorough, patient, and extremely helpful throughout. She's been very responsive to what we needed, and to our preferences through the whole process. In general, she has made something that had seemed quite daunting into something ultimately quite easy for us . Of course, it's still complex, and with many steps, but she has helped each step to be fairly straightforward, and we've just gradually worked our way through them. Many thanks!
