Unbelievably fast!

Above and beyond

Having had the pleasure of working with Laura to review my mortgage at the end of last year it was a no brainer to utilise her expertise again when it came to myself and my partner buying a property together. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have sought advice for 2 properties over the last 6 months and have been consistently blown away by Laura's conscientious nature, patience and timely management of our case. During a time when we have been unnerved by the professionalism of other parties, Laura has been unwaveringly reliable and efficient. From the point of the fact find Laura went above and beyond to find a deal that best suited our circumstances and regularly kept us up to date over the phone or via email - respecting our working hours and tailoring her schedule accordingly. Likewise, Laura's ability to educate and advice us on the buying/selling process where appropriate was incredibly reassuring and has enabled us to stay calm during what could have been a turbulent process. Unquestionably, Laura is an incredible asset to the Melton Mortgage Solutions team and we will be recommending her expertise to anybody that will listen!
