Porting our mortgage to a new property

Wanting to port our mortgage to a new property, Angie made it the least stressful experience we have ever had dealing with an advisor. She was polite, kind, and clear with her explanations. We felt listened to and at no point did she make us feel we were asking stupid questions, or that our goals weren’t achievable. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Very Good Service - Family Buy To Let Mortgage..

We were looking for a buy to let mortgage for our daughter [making it a regulated buy to let]. As a bit of a non-standard product and not that easy to find with high street lenders we found Angela @ Melton Mortgage Solutions who was very thorough in looking over our requirements as well as finding us a suitable product and dealing with a few of the more complex parts of the application. From a personal perspective consider the fees we paid in doing this to be excellent value for money all round, had we tried to do this ourselves imagine it would have taken far longer, carried the risks of losing the house we had found and all the associated stress and such which goes with it. Highly recommended to anyone, but especially where the circumstances do not fit mainstream criteria. Reviewed on: 17th March 2024

Angela Jones - a human whirlwind!

Angela Jones looked after me. She's like a whirlwind, bish bash bosh! She got to the bottom of my needs in no time, talked me through a number of options, took it through to valuation in two days, the offer came in the following week so I'm well and truly sorted.
