Can't fault the service provided

I can't fault the service provided to me while applying for my first mortgage. From start to finish I was handled by the same advisor which helped me have an easy point of contact for any questions I had. At each stage I was well informed on what I needed to do and what would be happening next and felt that any decision that I needed to make I was properly advised as to what was best for me and my situation. I felt fully in control of any decisions and wasn't pressured into anything that I didn't need. Any questions I had were well explained and anything that they were unsure on they would look into and get back to me. They were able to source the most suitable mortgage as well as help me find a solicitor and set me up with income protection that was built around what benefits I already had to keep my monthly costs down but keeping me fully protected should anything happen. Porting our mortgage to a new property

Wanting to port our mortgage to a new property, Angie made it the least stressful experience we have ever had dealing with an advisor. She was polite, kind, and clear with her explanations.
