Unrivalled For Customer Service

During the past 12 months, since opening a joint account at Metro Bank, Wimbledon branch, my wife and I have on several occasions found it necessary to contact Customer Service on a 'walk in' basis. On each occasion we were served quickly and efficiently with all our questions being answered to our entire satisfaction. Without doubt Metro is way ahead of the competition. Definitely the best bank I have ever been part of.
