Amazing Bank!

Metro have a great app that’s rarely down. When it is their customer service team is amazing & the bank is open late with INSTANT card prints. If you have trouble holding onto your things - I’m terrible for losing my card - metro are able to print you a new one in store and that beats any bank for me!! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

People's bank

Everything I go to this bank staff are always helpful and attend to me promptly. No long cues as there are always staff on hand in cashiers desk unlike most High Street banks and a extra bonus is they are open on Sunday which is very convenient for me. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Unrivalled For Customer Service

During the past 12 months, since opening a joint account at Metro Bank, Wimbledon branch, my wife and I have on several occasions found it necessary to contact Customer Service on a 'walk in' basis. On each occasion we were served quickly and efficiently with all our questions being answered to our entire satisfaction. Without doubt Metro is way ahead of the competition.
