Unrivalled For Customer Service

During the past 12 months, since opening a joint account at Metro Bank, Wimbledon branch, my wife and I have on several occasions found it necessary to contact Customer Service on a 'walk in' basis. On each occasion we were served quickly and efficiently with all our questions being answered to our entire satisfaction. Without doubt Metro is way ahead of the competition. Avoid these cheats at all costs

Had used By Miles successfully for a couple of years and then the pandemic struck leaving me maroond in a red listed country and flights.Meanwhile garaged car properly fitted with ByMiles device which added to the rapid draining of car battery and inability to get it restarted. By Miles were alerted to the situation in September 2020 and gave no advice or warning that their policy or their insurers were unable to handle such a situation. However they happily grabbed over £200 in June knowing full well that my car was a non starter. The policy is now cancelled. I am using every avenue at my disposal particularly social media and legal redress through the small claims courts. These kind of underhanded business tactics make me sick and it's no. surprise at all to learn that James Barham was one of those detestable Goldman Sachs oiks. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Best Customer Care Ever

I was housebound for a while and unable to use my car locked away in the garage. Imagine my surprise to receive an email alert from By Miles informing me my car battery charge was getting low. Now that's what I call service. A kindly neighbour recharged the battery. A big shout out for By Miles! Thanks guys. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
